Our cheapest management service at 12% inc vat for the first six months as a one of payment. This service will suit landlords who understand and manage their own property maintenance, live close to their rental property and are happy to manage communications directly with the tenant. It is important with this basic service that you have good knowledge of letting law and are comfortable collecting rent and handling your own accounts.
This option is essentially a shared level of service with you that costs 12% inc vat which is paid on a monthly basis throughout each year. We collect rent for you, submit deposits and handle deposit claims but you would be responsible for any maintenance issues at the property.
Our most popular service and even more helpful for those with several properties, you can basically sit back and let us handle everything on your behalf. The cost for ‘fully-managed letting’ is 18% including vat, paid on a monthly basis. We will deal with every aspect of letting your property and through our extensive network of local tradesman, your property will be professionally managed to ensure good tenants and a high yield.
