We’re excited to announce that we’re changing our brand identity. This is a big step for us, having had the same colour scheme for over 36 years. It’s fair to say it’s time for a change.
Why we’re changing our look
Changing our brand identity wasn’t just about how long we’d had the original colour scheme. We also wanted to make sure that our brand reflected our values and the way we work with our customers.
As well as looking slightly dated, our original red colour was perhaps a little “assertive”, particularly given that our professional, friendly approach is one of the things our customers value so much.
How our new identity was developed
We chose to work with Sussex design agency Tomango. We spent a lot of time with them, ensuring that they understood our values, our expertise and the close relationships we build with tenants and landlords.
Tomango developed a new identity for us which is quite a departure from the original one. Gone is the red, replaced by a professional-looking blue and green combination. The text is in a more modern font and we’ve become “Letting Experts” instead of a mere “Letting Agency”.
It has a really positive, confident look to it – which is perfect because that’s how we all feel!
Our favourite part of the new logo is how the “&” was designed. If you look at it carefully, you’ll see that the top part is cleverly styled in the shape of a map pin.
You will already be seeing these changes, firstly on our website and ‘To Let’ boards, so keep an eye out for them and let us know what you think.
Our window displays and cars will be changed over the coming weeks. And we’ll be doing some exciting giveaways to celebrate our fabulous new look!
What this means for our customers
Rest assured that our core beliefs have not changed at all. Our fresh new look echoes our ethos; showing that we are a professional, expert lettings agency with a friendly approach.
And, of course, our team continues to provide you with the same high level of service as before.
